Eliminar tu cuenta de Vezi

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de Vezi cuando quieras, desde la aplicación. No hace falta pedírselo a nadie.

Desde la aplicación

Abre Vezi e inicia sesión.
Ve a Perfil.
Al final de la pantalla, toca Eliminar cuenta.
Escribe tu contraseña y confirma con Eliminar.

Si tu cuenta no tiene ninguna residencia vinculada, la aplicación abre en la pantalla Sin residencia, y el botón Eliminar cuenta está ahí, debajo de Cerrar sesión.

Si eres la única administración de un edificio, antes de eliminar tu cuenta Vezi tiene que asignar otra administración a ese edificio: un edificio no puede quedar sin nadie que lo administre.

Qué se elimina y qué se conserva

Se elimina: tu cuenta de acceso, tu nombre, correo, teléfono y foto de perfil, tu vínculo con cada residencia, tus pases de visita sin usar y tus notificaciones.

Se conserva, sin tu nombre: los registros del edificio en los que participaste, como visitas, paquetes y pagos. La administración puede estar obligada a guardarlos como registro de seguridad o contable. En ellos tu nombre se reemplaza por «Cuenta eliminada».

Si no puedes entrar a la aplicación

Escríbenos a PENDIENTE@vezi desde el correo con el que te registraste, con el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta». Confirmamos que la cuenta es tuya y te avisamos cuando esté eliminada.

Delete your Vezi account

You can delete your Vezi account whenever you want, from the app. You do not need to ask anyone.

From the app

Open Vezi and sign in.
Go to Profile.
At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm with Delete.

If your account has no residence linked to it, the app opens on the No residence screen, and the Delete account button is there, under Sign out.

If you are the only administrator of a building, Vezi has to assign another administrator to that building before you delete your account: a building cannot be left with no one to manage it.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your sign-in account, your name, email, phone and profile photo, your link to each residence, your unused visitor passes and your notifications.

Kept, without your name: the building records you took part in, such as visits, packages and payments. The administration may be required to keep them as security or accounting records. In them, your name is replaced with "Deleted account".

If you cannot open the app

Write to PENDIENTE@vezi from the email you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the account is yours and let you know when it has been deleted.
